This role will be responsible for strategizing, creating, editing, and publishing engaging video content across all social media platforms to grow our audience, boost engagement, and strengthen our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy with a strong emphasis on video-first content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Video Content Creation: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce original, high-quality short-form and long-form video content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Trend Analysis: Stay on top of social media and video content trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant. Community Engagement: Manage social media interactions, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal, engaged community. Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, video views, follower growth, conversions), providing actionable insights. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Qualifications:- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management with a strong focus on video content creation. Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar. Excellent understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their respective video formats & algorithms. Strong creative eye and storytelling ability. Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera when necessary. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. *** Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) Experience with paid social media ads and boosting video content.
