RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is immediately hiring at our Gurugram office at Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1 ! Are you a seasoned legal professional passionate about VC and M&A transactions? Do you thrive on crafting meticulous agreements and navigating complex deals? If so, we want to hear from you! At we're seeking talented professionals who are well versed in drafting commercial aggrements and handling VC transactions to join our team. You'll be instrumental in: - Structuring transactions - Drafting & negotiating Term Sheets, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Co-Founders’ Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies and Advisory Stocks amongst others. - Conducting legal & compliance due diligence for startups - Closing formalities for transactions - intellectual property and data protection - generally corporate advisory Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience. - Must have experience in handling VC transactions independently. - Work experience in a law firm is mandatory - Preference to Location proximity to DLF Phase I, Gurugram , Golf Course Road. -Preference to immediate joining.
