Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR): Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training & development, compensation, and performance management. Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the global and regional business objectives. Drive employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and a high-performance culture. Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with Nigerian labor laws and aligned with global HR standards. Oversee payroll administration, HRIS, and employee benefits. Industrial Relations (IR): Build and maintain strong relationships with labor unions, employee representatives, and government agencies. Manage collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), dispute resolution, and negotiations. Proactively address industrial relations issues, ensuring business continuity and a positive employee relations climate. Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance with local regulations. Lead internal investigations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage. Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive HR & IR experience in a multinational or large-scale organization, preferably in Nigeria or West Africa. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and industrial relations practices. Experience working with unions and managing collective bargaining processes. Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
