( is a premier designer and US manufacturer of the highest quality portable ophthalmic cameras, lenses, surgical systems and accessories used in diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the eye. Volk Optical: Responsibilities Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the ROI of all earned, owned, and paid media. Creation, implementation, and continual optimisation of the company’s digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn etc) in line with Marketing strategy and budget. Optimisation of the company website, developing user experience and content where required, whilst driving SEO and SEM. Management of company social media channels including content planning, scheduling, and posting, plus community management, A/B testing, monitoring, and reporting on performance. Owning the content schedule/posting of the company blog with ongoing SEO enhancement. Creation, implementation, and evaluation of the company’s e-blast campaigns. Report on monthly digital advertising and social media performance against targets, ensuring optimisation of channels and spend. Liaise with the Marketing Communications Manager, product managers and graphic designers to ensure clear direction as part of campaign set-up. Keep relevant stakeholders including the sales team up to speed with campaign status, engaging with key internal customers and hosting training where necessary. Report on wider campaign results i.e. lead generation from promotions and URL tracking. Academic qualification A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Experience 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
