About Zopper: Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the InsurTech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product i.e. customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customized Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform. Key Responsibilities:  Board and Committee Meetings: Draft agendas, notices and minutes for Board, Committee and Shareholders' meetings.  Handle Board approvals via circular resolutions for critical matters requiring authorization.  Ensure compliance with the shareholder’s agreement of the Company.  Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate governance documentation.  Corporate Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.  Carry out timely filings with ROC and other regulatory bodies.  Design and implement compliance calendars, processes and checklists.  Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and highest ethical standards.  Statutory and Regulatory Liaison: Addressing company affairs and secretarial matters.  Summarize regulatory updates and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
