We are looking for lawyers with 7-15 years of extensive PQE in ISDA negotiations. Ideal candidate must have: Strong experience in ISDA negotiations and other master agreements commonly used in financial markets. Familiarity with OTC derivatives, exchange-traded futures , and ISDA product definitions. Knowledge of regulatory margin requirements (Initial & Variation Margin) across various regimes. Ability to assess legal and non-legal risks and collaborate on risk management strategies. Proven experience in contract negotiation , including regulatory margin documentation. Strong stakeholder management, including coordination with Treasury, trading desks, Credit Risk, and Collateral Management Services . Qualifications: LLB graduate from a reputed law school.
