Position: PTE Trainer Location: Kerala (Remote) Employment Type: (Full-time/Part-time/Contractual) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated PTE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to guide students in achieving their desired scores in the Pearson Test of English (PTE). Roles and Responsibilities: Teach and mentor students in all aspects of the PTE exam, including Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening. Develop comprehensive teaching plans tailored to the PTE program to meet diverse student needs. Manage classroom activities and deliver engaging lessons to ensure effective learning. Evaluate student performance by marking and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Prepare, administer, and grade tests, examination papers, and exercises to assess students' progress. Maintain accurate records, including student registers, attendance, and performance reports. Motivate and support students to build their confidence and excel in the PTE exam. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a PTE Trainer or in a similar teaching role. Strong command over English language skills (both verbal and written). Familiarity with the PTE exam format and scoring criteria. Excellent teaching and classroom management skills. Ability to design engaging lesson plans and customize teaching methods for varied learning styles. Proficient in basic administration and record-keeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students effectively.
