Job Title: Lab Technician (For Mobile Clinic) Location: Head Office Varanasi – Uttar Pradesh Department: Health Salary: 3 LPA – 5 LPA (Negotiable) Key Responsibilities: Collect and process patient samples (blood, urine, etc.) in a mobile clinic environment. Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze results. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Maintain accurate records of all tests, results, and patient interactions. Work closely with healthcare providers to provide timely and accurate test results for diagnosis and treatment. Follow safety protocols and ensure infection control procedures are followed. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.MLT, M.MLT. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lab-Technician. Requirements: Valid certification or license to practice as a Lab Technician. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Hindi language. Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Extensive visit in the rural areas, Lab Technician will be based in Varanasi & moving to Chandauli, Sonebhadra, Mirzapur & Jaunpur regions with mobile medical van. Also, the Lab Technician may be required to stay in the mentioned regions as & when required.
