Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Sales Consultant/ Customer Support Executive. The role involves providing sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, customer service, and consulting services on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Sales Consulting skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills Consulting experience Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Chennai Experience in the service industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory. Process and respond to phone calls and chats received from clients. Need to be customer-centric. Experience: 6month – 5 Years (with International USA/UK/Australian Voice process) It should be flexible for rotational US shifts. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Interview Levels: Level 1 –Telephonic Discussion with HR Level 2 - Telephonic Discussion With Team Manager Level 3 - Comprehension task (Topic will be given and must write a minimum of 10 to 15 points on their own) to check the written skill without grammatical errors Level 4 – Personal Interview with Team Manager & COO If selected, Salary discussion with HR on the same day.
