Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills. Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Offer feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
