About the Company Russell Finex, a 90 year old UK based company, specialize in Separation & Filtration solutions for powders & liquids in process industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Food & Beverages, Metal Powders, Additive Manufacturing, Ceramics etc. We manufacture Ultrasonic Sieves, Vibro screens, Vibro sifters, Self Cleaning Filters, Centrifugal Separators, Granulation & Extrusion with supply to over 100 countries. We have our own presence in UK, India, Brazil, USA, China and Belgium. About the Job To support our growing business in India, we are adding another Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Engineer for Kerala & Tamil Nadu , to support our existing customers/business and to acquire new customers/business. Must have, - Mechanical Engineering Graduate - 2-4 years' experience in sales - Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language - Experience in technical sales of industrial or engineering products - Ready to travel and cover entire region of Kerala and Tamil Nadu - Work location will be Kochi, Kerala(WFH) Nice to have, - Direct sales experience (other than OEM/dealer sales) - To have worked in or worked with industrial sales/projects – preferably process industry like – Pharma, Food, Spices & Chemicals. - To have experience in industry segment dealing with liquids, water, bulk solids, API, Chemicals, Powders handling equipment. Job Responsibilities - Major Lead handling, cold calling & responding to enquiries from region. Progressing orders toward closure To prepare and submit reports, updating & effective use of CRM, Planned Sales visits to Customers/OEMs for generation of enquiries, relationships, promoting & creating brand awareness in the area of operation. Educate customers on latest developments, to participate, co-ordinate & follow-up periodically for enquiry generations. Preparation & submission of techno-commercial offers. Techno-commercial negotiation meetings for finalization of orders and execution of orders thereafter. Identify and Develop New customers for existing product range Preparation of offers against user requirements and their documentation along with negotiation of technical and commercial terms and conditions and finalization of the deals. Presentations to Industrial End Users, OEM’s To coordinate the vendor registration & approval process with various industries, end customers & consultants. Submission of Proforma Invoice, Reviewing of commercial documents, document submission to bankers, payment follow-ups and collection to complete the sales process. Coordinate to provide after sales support Arranging and participation in exhibitions Develop relationships with multiple level contacts at each customer/organization To conduct trails and demonstrate working of Russell Finex machines What the employees can look forward to ?
