The Candidate must be from the West Bengal region.  JOB ROLE: Developing, managing, and reviewing HR-related curriculum, resources, and learning materials. Continuously improving teaching methods, incorporating industry trends and best practices in HR education. Participating in research and scholarly activities to enhance HR education and professional development. Creating and utilizing digital learning platforms, case studies, and experiential learning techniques for HR instruction. Leading subject coordination, mentoring students, and contributing to faculty and departmental initiatives. Teaching courses such as organizational behavior, talent management, employment law, and strategic HR management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in workforce analytics, HR technology, or diversity and inclusion strategies. Teaching responsibilities may involve classroom, online, and/or hybrid delivery at the MBA level. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Initiate and moderate classroom discussions. Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum and methods of instruction. Prepare course materials, such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts. Keep abreast of developments in the field and participating in professional organizations and conferences. Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
