Lead the identification, analysis, and prioritization of complex, high-level risks across multiple projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals - Conduct in-depth risk analysis, providing strategic insights into long-term and large-scale risks - Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive risk mitigation frameworks, ensuring proactive and effective responses to high-impact risks - Lead collaboration efforts with senior leadership, legal, financial, and operational teams to integrate risk management into decision-making processes at all organizational levels - Identify potential risks across projects, including financial, operational, legal, and environmental risks, through comprehensive assessments. - Analyze and assess the likelihood and potential impact of identified risks using qualitative and quantitative methods. - Continuously monitor identified risks and emerging threats, ensuring that appropriate mitigation measures are in place and updated regularly. - Ensure that risk management practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards - Work with project teams and stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and execution, ensuring that all risks are addressed proactively. - Develop detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into risk trends, mitigation outcomes, and compliance with risk management policies - Identify and assess risks related to land acquisition, including legal, social, environmental, and financial risks and suggest mitigation plans for the same.
