Electrical Industry preferred: BPO/KPO Experience & Skills Required: BPO/KPO candidates are highly preferred who have got 1 to 3 years of experience in quality analysis, auditing, or process evaluation. Knowledge of ISO & Audit Management System. Knowledge of Call Quality Assessment. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Outstanding command over English).
