Key Responsibilities: HR Functions:( 80%) Contribute to onboarding processes, employee engagement activities, or HR operations based on project needs. Manage HR documentation, Payroll and compliance support as needed. Innovate and execute ideas to improve the HR processes. Assist with the Performance management process Visit clients’ offices twice a week to strengthen relationships and understand their HR needs better. Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Recruitment : (20%) Manage the recruitment process for the client ensuring timely closures. Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates to align with client needs. Support in Leveraging job portals, social media, and innovative methods to source top talent. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience, allover HR functions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to an amazing team.
