Position Reports to: Regional Service Head-West Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge: Lead team towards achieving customer satisfaction To maintain adherence to SOP Handling all technical issues within the said TAT Help resolve problems through technical & non-technical insights Skills: Good Leadership and Team management skills Good analytical & problem-solving skills Effective Verbal & written communication skill Spares & Inventory Management Good computer knowledge to understand and run service software Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, EEE, Instrumentation or relevant fields) - Minimum 5+ years of experience Location : Mumbai & Pune Duties & Responsibilities: Operation: Will be heading end to end service operations for Coffee Day Global including Café Coffee Day and Coffee Day Beverages (Vending machines) taking care of complete Branch. Will be handling team for end to end Cafe’s maintenance & renovation including all Café equipment like ice cube mc, deep freezer, pastry cooler, refrigerator, and all type of AC 1 TR to 11 TR • Responsible for complete breakdown & preventive maintenance activities for Coffee Day vending machines installed at client sites. Negotiate with vendors for R&M issues like- Plumbing, Carpentry, Glazing, Aluminum, fabrication, shutter work etc., for best lowest rates and the work quality Coordinate with SCM team for equipment certification and liquidation as per requirement. Adherence of TAT as per SOP Data collection of machine nos. Controlling cost, allocating resources as per priorities and company requirements. Responsible for Machines and Spares planning Monitoring all Service Activities for the assigned states Candidate’s Profile : B. Tech with at least 5 years of experience in Service & maintenance operations. Exposure to service of Refrigeration/ Air Conditioning products will be an added advantage Should have exposure to team handling of Field technicians/ Field Engineers Must be strong in vendors management Good communication skill Should be Commercially savvy
