TCS is looking for Service Now- Integration Developer Experience: 4-8 years Location: PAN IndiaRequired technical skill set: ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and other API technologies. System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Experience in working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Background Scripts, ACL’s, Plug-ins, Flow Designer, Integration hub, System Properties and Reports etcMust have skill sets: Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Integration Hub, REST, SOAP, and other API technologies. System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Experience in working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Background Scripts, ACL’s, Plug-ins, Flow Designer, Integration hub, System Properties and Reports etc. Proven track record of successfully working on ServiceNow integration projects in complex enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of data management, security, and compliance standards.Good to have skill sets: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules. Knowledge on Service Now Event management integrations and application Proficient in configure/modify Event Rule, Field Mapping, Alert Management rule & flows (Flow Designer) Good understanding in Monitoring tool High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Roles and responsibilities: Work on integration development activities for ServiceNow, aligning with business objectives and IT standards. Knowledge on of ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications Proficient in configure/modify Event Rule, Field Mapping, Alert Management rule & flows (Flow Designer) Ability to configure de-duplication & correlation rule Configure and customize Report & Dashboard Co-ordinate with Infrastructure/Application team for requirement and trouble shooting Development and implementation of integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies Ensure that integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable, following industry best practices and organizational guidelines. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Monitor and manage existing integrations, ensuring their reliability and performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications. Ensure that all integrations comply with organizational security policies, data protection regulations, and industry standards. Implement and enforce security best practices for data exchange and API management. Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of ServiceNow integration tools and best practices. Share knowledge and insights on integration trends and technologies with the broader IT team. Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
