Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations with corporate clients and senior management. Sales & Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Track sales pipeline, market trends, and competition to identify business opportunities. Structure insurance solutions or marketing strategies for corporate clients based on their needs. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable business growth.Project Management & Coordination: Handle end-to-end project management for business development activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with insurance companies, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution. Ensure timely proposal submissions, competitive quote generation, and deal closures.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in handling projects and corporate client engagements. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
