Job DescriptionSales HeadIndustry: Mobile Handset and TelecomExperience: 10 years (including 3 years in a leadership role)Location: Noida Availability: ImmediateRole Type: Strategic Position Title: Sales HeadDepartment: SalesKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning:Prepare and implement plans and strategies to drive business development and achieve the company’s sales targets.Develop and ensure the execution of sales plans, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and organizational planning to meet company goals.Leadership & Team Management:Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, setting clear direction and driving team performance.Monitor and manage sales activities and reporting to optimize performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Sales Process:Build and improve sales processes and funnel for partner onboarding, activation, and expansion.Oversee the end-to-end partner journey to ensure seamless integration and long- term partnership success.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of partner satisfaction and service delivery.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations in sales and partner management. Market Intelligence:Regularly work upon market intelligence and analyze latest marketing trends, track competitors' activities & provided valuable inputs to management for fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies.Explore & strengthen new market regions to increase market penetration and company expansion.Qualifications:Education: MBA / PGDBMWork Experience:Proven working experience of 10+ years in the Mobile Handset / Telecom Industry with minimum of 3 years in a senior management role with a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic execution.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.Leadership and Team Building: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.Sales Strategy & Planning: Strong expertise in developing and executing sales plans, with a focus on financial forecasting, budgeting, and organizational planning to ensure achievement of company goals.Internal Collaboration: Strong ability to work with internal teams to maintain high partner satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery.Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with key internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both sales and partner management.Market Intelligence: Expertise in regularly analysing market trends, tracking competitor activities, and providing actionable insights for sales and marketing strategy adjustments.Market Expansion: Proven ability to explore and strengthen new market regions, driving market penetration and contributing to company growth and expansion.
