Role OverviewYou’ll act as the founder’s trusted partner, driving mission-critical initiatives across agronomy, operations, strategy, and growth. This role is your gateway to startup leadership: You’ll own high-stakes projects, solve complex challenges, and help scale our impact from the ground up.
