Position Overview:The Junior Staffing Proposal Specialist is responsible for supporting the proposal development process for staffing contracts by assisting in writing, coordinating, and organizing proposals in response to government and commercial RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role requires strong research, writing, and collaboration skills to ensure compliance with proposal requirements while contributing to the company's growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Research & Analysis:Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to enhance proposal effectiveness.Gather and organize required data, statistics, and case studies to strengthen proposal narratives.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure proposals meet all formatting, compliance, and submission requirements outlined in RFPs.Assist in maintaining an organized database of past proposals, templates, and reference materials.Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with recruiters, sales teams, and leadership to gather required proposal inputs.Assist in tracking proposal deadlines, deliverables, and submission schedules.Support the proposal team in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and review sessions.Administrative & Process Improvement:Maintain proposal files and records for audit and reference purposes.Identify areas for process improvements in the proposal development lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience: 6 months years of experience in proposal writing or content writing is preferred.Entry-level candidates with strong writing and research skills will be considered.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.Familiarity with staffing industry concepts and government procurement is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of government proposals (e.g., GSA, state contracts, federal RFPs).Basic knowledge of compliance requirements such as FAR, DFARS, or other procurement regulations.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing proposal responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Support the development of proposal templates and content repositories for future proposals.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to tailor responses for each proposal submission.
