Key Responsibilities Responsible for driving all initiatives in the BSS (Business Support System) Provisioning, of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains from full lifecycle of program/project management, planning, and execution angle for customer program/projects.Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for full lifecycle execution of programs/projects in BSS Provisioning of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains.Ensure that all program/projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Developing program/program/project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed program/program/project plan to track progress.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in program/project scope, schedule, and costs.Measure program/project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.Report and manage escalation with help of senior management as needed.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize program/project risks.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Create and maintain comprehensive program/project documentation.Manage all aspects of BSS, Provisioning, Mediation/Charging systems of 3G/4G/5G network deployment from: customer relationship, program/project plan of record, program/project schedule, cost, and inventory.Direct or complete above systems deployment activities.Ensure proper records are maintained for all systems deployment.Ensure that quality of the service providers’ work is within client standards.Manage integration of third-party technical partners with internal team.Proactively manage changes in program/project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.Resolving program-level issues and understanding the interdependencies and severity of project-level issues.Establish and refine processes for better productivity and collaboration.Identify impacts of program, building awareness and support for change within the organization.Aligning organizational/strategic direction that affects project and program goals and objectives.Establishing program processes, program structure and norms, roles, standards, and responsibilities. Ensuring that projects under the program are organized and execute in a consistent manner.Creating a program roadmap by analyzing internal / external environments. Identifying and prioritizing projects and/or primary tracks of work, integration opportunities and translating it into a long-term implementation plan.Manage Budge and raise PR/PO process toward vendors and internal departments.Skills Required:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Hands-on experience in telecommunication industry, mobile network service in an international environment with good understanding of technologies and terminologies involved.In-depth knowledge and experience of driving software product development and integration in telecom BSS provisioning domain.In-depth knowledge across BSS/OSS systems from lead generation to order creation, order orchestration, inventory management, order fulfillment, activation, and billing.Knowledge of System integration lifecycle for a full stack BSS/OSS implementation and having experience of delivering BSS transformation projects for global telecom operators providing GSM/CDMA, 4G/5G, Broadband services.Knowledge of Wiki, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar.Expertise in project scoping, planning, management, execution and controlling.Knowledge/Experience of procurement, budgeting, and cost control processes.Expertise in identification of quality requirements, executing quality assurance and control, ensuring standards and compliance.Expertise in risk identification, analysis, response, control, and monitoring.Expertise in planning and establishing program governance and audits.Experience managing, communicating, and executing organizational change.Experience in conflict management for cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.Expertise in analytical thinking and effective decision making.Demonstrates high level of time and productivity management.Expert at stakeholder management, business networking, negotiations and partner and vendor relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and demonstration skills.Expert in coaching peers, ensuring team effectiveness and virtual/remote teaming.Qualification Requirement BE/B-TECH/MCA degree or equivalent plus 10+ years related experience.Master’s certification in project management (i.e., CAPM from the Project Management Institute, CSM from Scrum Alliance, or PMP from Project Management Institute).Demonstrated clear leadership skills and prior project/program management experience in the product development and delivery of cutting-edge, cloud-native technologies in a complex commercial environment.
