Marketing ManagerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time (FTE)Salary : USD 600-650 per month (Fixed Pay Rate)Job SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team. This role includes developing strategic marketing plans, implementing and analyzing the results. The candidate will also create and maintain a marketing knowledge center and ensure continuous progress reporting to management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop quarterly marketing plans detailing objectives, timelines, and strategies.Define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the marketing team.Recruit and manage team members to establish a stable and effective marketing team.Build a marketing knowledge center, including SOPs, training materials, and Q&A documentation.Provide regular progress reports to the management team.Implement and execute the marketing plan.CompensationBase Salary: USD 600-650 per month ( Fixed Pay Rate- Non Negotiable )Bonus:$150 bonus upon completion of the first two months and achievement of 60-day goals.An ongoing bonus structure will be developed in collaboration with the reporting manager.Eligibility CriteriaExcellent Communication: Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills.Experience:2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as a marketing generalist with exposure to diverse functions.At least 1 year of proven experience managing and leading teams.Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills are a significant advantage, as content creation and review may play a role.Get-things-done approach: A proactive, resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering results.Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn and master new skills or knowledge areas that are critical to the role and implement them effectively.Industry Background: Prior experience in the service industry is a plus.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as CRMs, email marketing systems, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ClickUp, or similar).If you meet the requirements , please send your updated resume to with the subject line "Marketing Manager at Klarecon "
