Position: Head – Finance & Accounts (GM/Senior GM)Location: Corporate Office, HyderabadReporting To: CEO/MDIndustry: Manufacturing & Agriculturewe are seeking a highly experienced and Preferably below 45 years, Head – Finance & Accounts to lead financial strategy, funding, budgeting, and stakeholder management, ensuring long-term profitability and growth.Qualifications & ExperienceQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMAExperience: Min. 15 yrs in finance, at least 5 yrs. in a senior financial leadership role.Industry: Manufacturing, Agriculture, FMCG, or related industries.Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi.About the Client:Our client is a fast-growing technology-driven company focused on research, development, and commercialisation of novel crop nutrients, microbes, and protectants. Financial Strategy & Leadership:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth and profitability objectives. - Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial analysis. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team based on financial data.2. Funding & Capital Management- Identify and secure funding for business expansion and operations. - Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions. - Oversee capital structure and financial risk management.3. Business Operations & Cost Optimisation- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance business performance. - Establish financial controls and operational best practices to improve efficiency and productivity. - Drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring quality and profitability.4. Product Pricing & Costing- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while staying competitive. - Ensure accurate cost analysis and oversee cost management of products. - Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for optimization.5. Budgeting & Financial Reporting- Oversee annual budgeting and ensure alignment with strategic business goals. - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, statements, and performance analysis. - Maintain compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.6. Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary financial contact for investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory bodies. - Ensure transparent communication and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Represent the company in financial negotiations and discussions with external partners.7.
