To amplify our vision, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring their expertise to create a distinctive digital presence tailored to our brand’s ethos. ROLE OVERVIEW:The Social Media Manager at AMARIS will be the key driver of our social media presence, shaping how the world sees and interacts with the brand across platforms. This role is not just about managing posts; it’s about creating unique content strategies that reflect AMARIS’s tone and values, driving engagement, and fostering a community of loyal followers. You’ll need to be deeply familiar with all major platforms, understand their unique dynamics, and be adept at creating platform-specific content with the help of our art and creative teams. This is a role for a true social media expert who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.      Platform-Specific Strategy & Execution:●       Master and manage AMARIS’ presence across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.●       Develop tailored strategies for each platform, leveraging their unique features and audience behaviors to maximize impact.●       Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to ensure AMARIS remains ahead of trends. 2.      Content Creation & Curation:●       Collaborate with the art and creative teams to produce visually stunning and engaging content that aligns with the AMARIS aesthetic. ●      Ideate and execute platform-specific content, including reels, stories, carousels, long-form videos, and thought-leadership posts.●       Ensure content is cohesive with AMARIS’ brand language, voice, and positioning while being optimized for each platform. 3.      Trend Spotting & Innovation:●       Be the go-to expert on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in social media and incorporate them into AMARIS’ strategy.●       Identify and create content opportunities that tap into trending topics or viral moments, ensuring the brand remains relevant and talked about. 4.      Calendar Planning & Execution:●       Develop detailed monthly and weekly social media calendars, incorporating brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.●       Ensure timely execution of content in line with marketing goals and brand strategy. 5.      Community Management & Engagement:●       Build and nurture an engaged community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.●       Leverage user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to strengthen AMARIS’ digital presence. 6.      Analytics & Performance:●       Monitor and analyze social media metrics using advanced tools to evaluate content performance and campaign success.●       Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve KPIs like engagement rate, reach, conversions, etc. 7.      Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:●       Work closely with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.●       Partner with influencers, collaborators, and other external stakeholders to amplify AMARIS campaigns.  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:1.    Proven Expertise: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for premium or luxury brands, with a portfolio showcasing platform-specific strategies and successes.2.    Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
