We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM) to lead enterprise implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end ERP projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment within scope, time, and budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:- Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation to post-go-live support. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables with stakeholders. - Monitor and track project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.Stakeholder & Team Management:- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. - Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to C-level executives and key stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional teams, including functional & technical consultants, developers, and testers. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).ERP Implementation & Customization:- Oversee D365 F&SCM customization, configuration, integrations, and data migration. - Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party applications (Power BI, Azure, Power Platform, etc.). - Ensure best practices for financial modules (GL, AR, AP), supply chain (inventory, procurement, warehouse management), and manufacturing.Risk Management & Compliance:- Identify and mitigate risks related to scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and industry best practices. - Monitor and enforce Microsoft Dynamics 365 governance and standards.Post-Implementation Support & Optimization:- Drive continuous improvement, system optimizations, and user adoption post-go-live. - Provide strategic recommendations for scalability, performance, and automation. - Manage change management and training programs for business users.Required Skills & Experience:Technical & Functional Expertise:5+ years of experience managing D365 F&SCM projects (implementation, migration, or upgrade).Strong understanding of ERP financials (GL, AP, AR), supply chain (inventory, procurement, warehouse), and manufacturing modules.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure DevOps, and integrations with third-party systems.Experience in data migration, business process reengineering, and workflow automation.Familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack, Sure Step, or Agile methodologies for ERP projects.Project Management Skills:Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget.Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Strong risk management, budget tracking, and resource allocation skills.Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant AssociatePMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification
