Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients (colleges, universities, and educational institutions). Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Consultative Sales:Understand client needs and deliver personalized educational solutions that align with their objectives and challenges. Sales Pipeline Management:Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates. Team Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Reporting & Analysis:Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Analyze results to improve sales tactics and strategy. Negotiation & Closing:Lead contract negotiations, finalize deals, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degreein Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) inB2B/B2C sales. Strong understanding of the education industry and the needs of colleges and universities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions and corporations. Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
