This role is pivotal in driving business growth, leading a team of insurance agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.Job Roles and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve individual and branch-level sales targets. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and morale. Drive business growth by achieving a minimum business target of INR 1+ Crore annually through the agency channel. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the agency network and penetrate untapped markets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to adapt strategies accordingly. Identify and capitalize on local market potential to drive business growth.Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 7+ years of experience in a Life Insurance Company. At least 1+ year of proven experience in team management and handling a team of insurance agents. Demonstrated track record of achieving a business volume of INR 1+ Crore in previous roles/organizations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
