You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and fostering a positive work culture. As an HR Manager at Seed Media, you will play a crucial role in scaling our team while maintaining a vibrant, performance-driven work environment.Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Develop and implement ahiring strategyto attract top talent in the media and digital industry. Handleend-to-end recruitment : Job postings, screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding. Build relationships withcolleges, recruitment agencies, and freelancersfor talent pipeline development. 2. Employee Engagement & Retention:Develop and executeemployee engagement programs , team-building activities, and wellness initiatives. Conduct regularone-on-one sessionswith employees to address concerns and improve retention. Foster apositive and high-performance culturealigned with Seed Media’s values. 3. HR Operations & Compliance:Maintainemployee records, payroll coordination, and performance management systems. Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company policies. Handle grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflict management. 4. Performance Management & Training:Implementappraisal systems, goal setting, and employee feedback processes. Identify skill gaps and organize training and development programs. Develop leadership and career progression plans for employees. 5. HR Strategy & Employer Branding:StrengthenSeed Media’s employer brandto attract and retain top talent. ImplementHR tech toolsto streamline HR operations. Create and manageHR dashboards, analytics, and reportsto measure workforce effectiveness.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in HR(preferably in Media, Digital Marketing, or Startups). Strong expertise intalent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
