Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion. Providing ongoing support and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Support sales team to maximize team potential. Overseeing lead generation efforts and ensuring the team effectively follows up with potential clients. Assisting with negotiations and closing deals, particularly on high-value transactions. Overseeing and mentoring sales agents, providing training and guidance to improve performance. Reporting On a Daily/Weekly Basis. raft and discuss a strategic marketing plan with team to achieve sales target.Qualifications1 years to 5+ years of experience in Real estate sales, Minimum 1 year of Experience in handling Team Experience in meeting sales targets and leading a sales team Negotiation and Communication skills Market Research and Analysis skills Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
