They are well known for investing significantly into their staff - this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop new skills.Key Points about our clientTheir project "Thames City, London" won in the Landscape Lighting Design category at the LIT Lighting Design Awards.Served as the lighting consultants for a project that was named a winner in the Best of Year Awards by Interior Design magazineThe team comprises professionals from diverse backgrounds such as architecture, product design, electrical engineering, and theatre, enabling them to deliver creative and technically excellent designs.Location: Permanent Remote Work from Home in IndiaMinimum Experience: 7+ yearsShift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)Role and responsibilitiesOverseeing the Production and Delivery of BIM Deliverables Across All Projects. Managing the BIM process from concept through construction. Coordinating with external Revit modelers to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient model development.Ensuring Compliance with BEPs and Maintaining Quality Standards. Interpreting and applying project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Conducting QA/QC on models and deliverables to ensure they meet client and company standards before submission.Coordinating with Client and Consultant Teams for Seamless Integration. Acting as the key BIM liaison between the internal design team, client-side BIM teams, and other disciplines (e.g. MEP, architecture).
