Below are the Responsibilities & Key Deliverables for this role:Responsibilities:Market Activation & Pipeline Management: Plan and execute market activation activities monthly and quarterly, evaluating pipeline strength and taking proactive steps to ensure growth.Secondary Network Development: Enhance market coverage through the development of secondary networks, including visits to government bodies and industry associations to gather market insights.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Liaise closely with service, channel development, retail finance, and marketing teams to ensure the availability of sales enablers that support business growth.Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers and large fleet owners, ensuring long-term volume growth through personal contacts and continuous engagement.Dealership Review & Target Setting: Review dealership performance monthly, monitor pipeline health, and assign targets to dealerships and DSEs to ensure business objectives are met.CRM Management: Ensure that all prospects and contacts are captured in Saral Sampark, and follow-ups are tracked accurately.Financial Oversight: Ensure 100% machine registration, timely collection of RC copies, and submission to accounts. Facilitate the liquidation of repossessed assets and manage default customers in collaboration with finance teams.Payment & Claim Management: Ensure PDD submission post-delivery, collect payments within 10 days, and ensure all MOU finance payments are routed to MCE, with timely follow-ups on dealer claims and receivables.Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor performance and market activities, providing data-driven insights to shape business strategies.Training & Development: Recruit, train, and develop DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives), providing on-the-job training (OJTs) and ensuring their motivation and skill development.Key Deliverables:Maintain market intelligence, monitor dealer financial health, and ensure the timely closure of deals.Optimize territory coverage and support the sales team in promoting value-based selling.Manage working capital effectively and contribute to building overall organizational capability.Preferred Education Qualification:DiplomaBachelors of Technology (B.Tech)Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)Experience:MBA: 3-8 yearsB.E: 6-10 yearsDiploma: 8-12 yearsCore Skills & Expertise:Change ManagementManpower ManagementDesigning Customer ExperienceIdentifying Customer NeedsMarket IntelligenceSales PlanningTerritory Coverage OptimizationWorking Capital ManagementCapability Building
