Our team requires a skilled and driven Google Ads specialist to help us fulfill our clients' marketing targets.Job Description: Your role as a Google Ads Specialist will include essential responsibilities for managing and optimizing our clients' paid search campaigns. You must create and enforce Google Ads strategies and monitor their effectiveness to generate qualified leads and achieve conversion goals.Key Responsibilities: Create and implement detailed Google Ads strategies that support organizational goals. You will handle pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on multiple Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube while optimizing their performance. Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to discover keywords that deliver strong performance results. Develop engaging ad copy along with conversion-focused landing pages to boost click-through rates and conversion rates. Track campaign performance statistics like impressions and ROI to make informed optimization decisions Remain informed about new Google Ads trends along with best practices and algorithm changes Work with the marketing team to combine Google Ads campaigns into general marketing strategies effectively. Organize virtual meetings with our clients to analyze campaign reports and develop strategies.Qualifications: Candidates must provide proof of over four years of direct practical experience with Google Ads. 4+ years customer service and/or sales experience Expert grasp of PPC advertising foundations and industry best methods Candidates should show expertise in Google Ads tools including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics. Expertise in using Google Apps such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar. Strong analytical capabilities combined with data interpretation proficiency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral) Salesforce experience will benefit you but is not a necessary requirement A Bachelor's degree improves candidates' qualifications but remains an optional requirement.
