We need a skilled Google Ads specialist who is eager to work with our team to help our clients reach their marketing objectives.Job Description: You will take a vital position in directing and refining paid search campaigns for our clients as a Google Ads Specialist. Your job includes developing and executing Google Ads strategies as well as monitoring their effectiveness to attract qualified leads and achieve conversion goals.Key Responsibilities: Create and implement complete Google Ads strategies that support the company's business goals.Optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns through Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube platforms within Google Ads.Perform exhaustive keyword research and analysis to discover top-performing keywords.Develop powerful ad copy and optimized landing pages that ensure the highest possible click-through rates and conversion levels.Continuously evaluate key performance indicators such as impressions and conversions to make data-driven changes to campaigns.Keep up with the newest Google Ads trends along with best practices and algorithm changes.Work together with the marketing team members to create a unified approach that connects Google Ads campaigns to the broader marketing strategies.Hold online sessions with our clients during which you will examine campaign reports and develop strategic plans.Qualifications: The professional candidate must present 5 or more years of practical expertise in Google Ads.5+ years customer service and/or sales experience Candidate must demonstrate deep knowledge of PPC advertising principles and best practices.Current Google Ads Search Certification expertise with Google Ads tools including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.Expertise in Google Apps including services like Drive and Calendar in addition to Docs and Sheets.The candidate demonstrates excellent analytical capabilities and data interpretation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral) Candidates who have Salesforce experience will be considered favorably but it is not mandatory.A Bachelor's degree qualifies as desirable but remains unnecessary.
