The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and high-quality proposals for federal, state, and commercial clients for the US market. The role involves responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotations) while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProposal Development: Development of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Developing the technical, management, and past performance sections of proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Researching, drafting, and editing content to meet client expectations and industry standards.Ensuring proposals are well-structured, persuasive, and formatted as per industry best practices.Maintaining a repository of pre-written proposal content, templates, and past responses for quick access.Managing proposal timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.Developing standardized content for future proposals, ensuring efficiency and consistency.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years in proposal writing for US Staffing or IT services.Expertise in RFPs/RFIs/RFQs: Strong understanding of government and commercial proposals.Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to create concise, persuasive, and technically sound content.Knowledge of US Staffing Industry: Familiarity with IT & Non-IT roles, government contracting, and MSP/VMS models.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal automation tools.Please share resume at nnahar@
