Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Labeling Solution Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in labeling systems, Artwork management solution and business system analysis within the pharma regulatory and compliance sector. As a Labeling Solution Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of labeling solutions, ensuring that our products meet both regulatory requirements and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Labeling/Artwork Strategy & Implementation:Analyze and implement labeling solutions for both new and existing products, ensuring they comply with global regulatory standards (FDA, EU MDR, etc.).Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, product development, and IT teams to create labeling solutions that streamline processes.Support implementation, design, development, and localization of product labels across multiple regions.Labeling Data Management:Manage and maintain labeling databases and ensure accurate tracking of labeling revisions, approvals, and final outputs.Conduct audits on labeling systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Process Improvement & Optimization:Continuously evaluate and improve labeling workflows and processes for efficiency, scalability, and regulatory adherence.Identify and resolve issues related to label generation, printing, and packaging systems.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with Product Managers, Regulatory Affairs, submissions, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure all labeling requirements are met and align with product specifications and branding.Provide technical expertise and guidance on labeling software tools and systems to various stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure labeling documentation complies with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.Prepare and submit required documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.Reporting & Analytics:Track and report on labeling project timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.Analyze labeling data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.Training & Support:Provide training and support to internal teams on labeling systems and procedures.Offer troubleshooting assistance for any issues related to labeling software or database systems.
