RMG Department: RMG is responsible for Replenishing, Managing, Tracking & Utilizing the resources of the company to an optimum level. The activities of RMG include interacting with the Business Groups and understanding their resource needs, planning & forecasting future requirements. deciding on sourcing channels like staffing through internal resources, contracting, direct recruitment & campus hiring. RMG also must counsel non-performing resources, keep track of it and take necessary actions when required. An RMG being the custodian of the company's talent pool, he/she should have complete data about the skills available in the company. Hence the job of updating & tracking skills. He/she is responsible for managing & utilizing bench resources etc. In short, the RMG will be the interface between the Delivery groups and all other service groups like general HR recruitment, Training department, etc. Job expectation Good Understanding of RMG Excellent communication skills Basic Understanding of SAP Good MS Office Knowledge
