The company is set to embark on one of the largest development projects in Indore and is seeking talented professionals to join and grow with the company.Position: Executive Assistant to the CMD (with Additional Responsibility for Altis Knowledge Club Development)Job Summary:The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). In addition to traditional EA responsibilities, the candidate will play a crucial role in the establishment and management of the Altis Knowledge Club, a new vertical focused on enhancing the company’s intellectual presence and the CMD’s professional image.Key Mandates:1. Core duties of Executive AssistantCalendar & Scheduling Management: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CMD.Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication on behalf of the CMD.Confidential Support: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.Project Assistance: Support the CMD in various strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.2. Establishing & Managing the Altis Knowledge ClubAs a key driver of this initiative, the EA will take an entrepreneurial approach in setting up and managing Altis Knowledge Club with a focus on:a. Strategy & PlanningUnderstand and work towards the mission, objectives, and target audience for the Altis Knowledge Club.Develop a roadmap for content creation, partnerships, and outreach programs.Identify key themes, industry trends, and topics that align with the company’s vision and CMD’s thought leadership.b. Branding & Thought LeadershipWork on initiatives to enhance the CMD’s public image through strategic positioning.Plan high-profile events, guest lectures, and knowledge-sharing forums.Curate engaging content (articles, reports, social media presence) in collaboration with industry experts.c. Networking & CollaborationEstablish relationships with industry leaders, academia, and media for knowledge-sharing sessions.Organize panel discussions, webinars, and networking events under the Altis Knowledge Club banner.Engage with key stakeholders (clients, partners, and internal teams) to drive visibility.d. Operations & ExecutionOversee logistics, budgeting, and execution of knowledge-based events.Coordinate with the marketing and PR team to ensure the effective promotion of the club’s activities.Track engagement metrics and continuously refine the strategy for maximum impact.3. Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport the CMD in reputation-building activities, including keynote speaking opportunities and media interactions.Manage special projects that align with the CMD’s vision for corporate growth and innovation.Act as a bridge between the CMD’s office and internal teams to ensure alignment on company-wide strategic goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.Prior experience in executive assistance, corporate communication, or event management preferred.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a proactive and strategic mindset.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years in a EA role.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.
