Job Description

The HR Operations Manager will lead and manage our Global People Operations, Systems & Analytics who will be in charge of our data and analytics across all the regions. This individual must be a strategic and tactical leader, with an eye for detail and a track record of success as we need the HR Ops Manager to focus on ensuring data consistency and accuracy in addition to bringing in best practices on people analytics. The person in this role will act as the liaison in resolving complex business opportunities with internal and external partners. The person in this role must be able to manage and improve the systems and operations (e.g., performance metrics, internal controls, compliance, automation) as well as to manage transformation projects. This role will work closely with various teams including payroll, finance, onboarding, total rewards and compliance.Responsibilities:Operations / HRIS Evaluate and enhance people data processes across the hire to retire spectrum.Works closely with Onboarding, Leaning & Development and IT Support teams to ensure seamless sharing of data and an ideal onboarding and employee experience.Identifies, campaigns and administers recommendations for system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation.Lead & collaborate with team to solve complex technical issues relating from data issues or mapping issues to working with external partners to solve configuration issues with the HRIS or any other HR systems.Compliance Own and administer data privacy practices across entities to include GDPR, EEO & other global compliance requirements.Own internal audit of HR Data, personnel records and sharing of information across internal business units.Leads education efforts on Data Privacy best practices across the Human Capital functionsResponsible for auditing and control of user acces across all HR systems, portals and databases. Conducts review of appropriate user and admin access for respective systems, working closely with Chargebee’s Risk and Compliance teams. Owner of People Data and ReportingVendor Management Own and manager People Success systems and processes including EOR (Employer of Record) gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, and user acceptance testing for any new implementations or changesOwn and manage the background check vendor relationship and processes. Ensuring compliance with background check completion and review across our operating entities.Support Talent Acquisition team regarding Applicant Tracking integrations, reporting & analytics. Need to transform recruitment data into consumable intel for business leaders. Work closely with project teams on new initiatives that involve changes and/or enhancements to HR systems.Must HavesAt least 8 years of Human Resources Operational experience with a focus on Compliance, Data Management and analytics with a focus on vendor management.Minimum of 4 years of leadership experienceExperience with HR systems requirements gathering for development of functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and vendor service support. Experience in system upgrades, enhancing and implementations across HR functions. Demonstrated ability to actively engage in hands-on work to support and enhance HR processesStrong employee service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.Experience in change management while implementing new systems or propcessesProactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.Experience managing human resources compliance High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentialityAttention to details and & an enthusiasmNice to HaveSignificant experience working across global organizations in similar size and scale, to include interacting and influencing stakeholders in multiple regions and at multiple levels within the organization.Direct and indirect leadership experience working across departments (Finance, IT & Legal) in a fast-growing organization.Experience using SAP SuccessFactorsAn understanding of recruiting processes
