The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand visibility and generate quality leads.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Building & Strategy:Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.Collaborate with leadership to define brand messaging, visual identity, and value proposition.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.Corporate Website Management:Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and optimization of the corporate website.Ensure the website aligns with the overall brand strategy and delivers a seamless user experience.Coordinate with web developers, designers, and content creators to execute website improvements and new initiatives.Event Management:Plan, organize, and execute company events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.Develop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and lead generation.Social Media Marketing:Develop and implement social media strategies to build community engagement and brand loyalty.Create, curate, and schedule content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).Monitor social media performance, engage with followers, and adjust strategies based on analytics insights.Content Marketing & Communications:Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.Coordinate with PR agencies and manage media relations to secure earned media opportunities.Analytics & Reporting:Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track KPIs and inform strategy adjustments.Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaboration & Project Management:Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure successful campaign execution.Oversee marketing projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
