The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and music education, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive student enrollments.Understand customer requirements and pitch Artium Academy’s courses effectively.Convert leads into enrollments by offering personalized guidance and resolving queries.Follow up with interested prospects to close sales and maximize conversions.Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer data and sales progress.Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Provide insights on customer feedback and market trends to enhance sales strategies.Requirements:1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, B2C, or inside sales roles.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.Passion for music and education is a plus.
