This role involves troubleshooting issues, developing and maintaining documentation, and staying up-to-date with the latest CareAR features and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the CareAR platform, its functionalities, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CareAR, escalating to vendors when necessary. Provide expert guidance and support to users on various CareAR functionalities. Stay up-to-date with the latest CareAR features, updates, and best practices. Participate in the development and implementation of new CareAR features and integrations. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for CareAR users. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on CareAR functionalities.
