Ensure that month-end journal entries such as revenue recognition, prepayments, accruals, and work in progress are completed accurately and on time. Invoice Processing:Process and review new and recurring sales invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. Manage and address customer queries related to invoices and follow up on outstanding debtors via phone and email. Accounts Payable:Record, review, and approve supplier invoices. Process payments to suppliers and manage vendor relationships efficiently. Bank Reconciliation:Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately reflected in the books. Year-End Closing & Audit:Assist in the year-end closing process and prepare necessary documentation for annual audits. MIS Reporting:Prepare weekly financial updates and management information system (MIS) reports to provide insights on financial performance. Bookkeeping for Indian Subsidiary:Maintain books of accounts for the Indian subsidiary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local financial regulations. Payroll Process:Assist in processing payroll for the Indian subsidiary, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and PF compliance. PF & Compliance Management:Handle Provident Fund (PF) compliance, including calculations, deposits, returns, and employee addition/deletion. GST & TDS Compliance:Compute, deposit, and file GST returns, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deposit and return filings. Qualifications: CA/CMA (Inter/Qualified). 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Indian payroll processes, GST, TDS, and PF compliance is essential. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred. Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
