JOB PURPOSE- Work closely with Head of Commercial and CEO – BACL for Business Plan Development, Strategy for Flexi Spaces, Execution, Marketing and running the ops day-to-day Manage all key relationships with all tenants Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs Managing and retaining relationships with prospective clients and Partners will be a key function PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Preparation of business plans, budgets and revenue models for Flexi Spaces Derive and formulate strategies for marketing flexi spaces Identify Tenants & close tenancy deals Market Intelligence Social Media Contract Management Day-to-day operation of the Flexi Space Major Activities Execution of Business Plan with clear strategy Ensure projected commercials are achieved Client Outreach Effective Branding & Visibility Ensure our Interests are protected & well documented DIMENSIONS Financial (Eg: Budgets, project costs, capex etc.,) Change Management Value Management Budget Control Budget Management Projects Costs & estimation Non-Financial (Eg: No. of direct/ indirect reports, headcount in projects, no. of clients handled etc.,) 1 member team Responsible for complete life cycle of Flexi Space business Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure delivery JOB SPECIFICATION Education qualification and certifications - or any other qualification from a reputed university with proven track record in Strategy, Research, Business Development, Leasing roles with leading Flexi Space providers such as WeWork, Table Space, AWIFS, Cowrks, Regus etc. Years of Experience - 18 to 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate with focus on Flexi Spaces business. Computer skills - MS Office, Financial Modeling, Acrobat Reader, ACAD, Multiple Online Platforms usage Knowledge and work skills - Mature personality with good spoken, grooming, presentation and written communication skills
