About the Role: TECHEON IT SERVICES PVT LTD is looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies across digital platforms. If you have expertise in managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook advertising, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads, this role is for you! As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.Responsibilities: ✔ Social Media Management: Develop and manage content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms & should have perfect knowledge of posting and boosting reels and short videos on YouTube✔ Paid Advertising: Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads to maximize reach and conversions. ✔ Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns that align with business goals. ✔ Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns based on data insights.✔ Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Identify target audiences and implement effective retargeting strategies. ✔ SEO & SEM Knowledge: Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic reach and paid campaign performance.✔ Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising policies, and industry changes.✔ Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create engaging visuals, videos, and ad creatives.Skills & Requirements: Experience: 1 to 2 years in Social Media Marketing & Paid Advertising. Advertising Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. Analytics & Optimization: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools. Creativity & Strategy: Ability to craft compelling ad copies, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI. Budget Management: Experience in handling ad budgets and optimizing cost per lead/acquisition. A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Experience in running tests and improving campaign performance. CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track campaign performance, manage leads, and optimize customer interactions for better engagement and conversions.
