1. Product Designer (UX/UI) Position: Product Designer Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite at Supersourcing HQ) Type: Full-Time, In-House About Supersourcing Supersourcing is a fast-growing platform connecting businesses with top engineers. We’re expanding our internal product design team in Indore and looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about user-centered design, intuitive interfaces, and creating exceptional digital experiences. Role Overview You will spearhead the end-to-end design process for our web and mobile products. From ideation and research to high-fidelity mocks, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring user-focused features to life. Key Responsibilities User Research & Testing Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Synthesize feedback into actionable insights. UX & UI Design Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma (or similar tools). Create intuitive, responsive interfaces that align with our brand and user needs. Design System & Consistency Establish and maintain a cohesive design system, style guides, and reusable components. Ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Collaboration Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility of designs. Iterate designs based on feedback and changing requirements. Requirements Experience : 2+ years in UX/UI or product design. Tools : Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Portfolio : Demonstrated UX/UI projects with clear design rationale.
