About the Role - The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies, meeting call center targets, training new staff members, monitoring calls/admin tasks for improvement, setting goals, motivating team members, resolving customer issues, analyzing call center data, and focusing on improving performance and processes to support customers.
