Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working) Kindly Note that this will be a Work from office opportunity. Job Description: The Regional Lead for the West Region will oversee and manage all warehouse operations across multiple facilities within the designated region. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, effective, and consistent warehouseprocesses while drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives. The Regional Lead will be responsible for achieving operational excellence, optimizing inventory management, ensuring safety compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and accurate distribution of products. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple facilities within the West region, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Develop and implement standardized operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity, quality,and service levels,and implement corrective actions as needed. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of stock levels across all regional warehouses. Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and improve stock accuracy. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock. Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for processimprovements in warehouseoperations, including automation, layout optimization, and workflow enhancements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Stay up-to-date with industrytrends and best practices to ensure the region remainscompetitive and efficient. Customer Service and Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs). Address and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction, including delays, errors, and service failures. Collaborate with customer serviceand sales teams to align warehouse operations with customer needs and expectations. Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional warehouseoperations budget, ensuringcost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets. Monitor and controloperational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage and mitigate operational risks, including equipmentmaintenance, security, and contingency planning. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and developa team of warehouse managersand supervisors, fosteringa culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure proper staffing levelsand workforce planningto meet operational demands, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Promote a safe workingenvironment by ensuringcompliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role. Proven track record of managinglarge-scale warehouse operations and leading cross- functional teams. Experience in inventory management, process optimization, and budget management. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software. Relevant certifications in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations are advantageous (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma).
