Website Company Name iAcuity Fintech Position Title Senior QA Engineer – Automation Experience 5+ years of IT Support Engineer with an expertise in IT Industry Education B.E/ MCA/ M.Sc Job Location Work from home (Permanently) Key skills - Selenium (validate frontend service) & Postman (validate backend service) Job Description • Deliver across the entire application life cycle- concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to application stores and support. • Design and implement test strategies and plans for mission critical web based applications in J2EE domain. • Working Knowledge of Application Servers like –Tomcat & Database – Elastic search / Maria DB / My SQL • Design and monitor quality assurance standards and metrics and procedures, and other QA assessments across products and projects • Design automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set • Defines scope and objectives of all levels of QA testing. Including functional, regression, load and system testing. • Experience in Agile Methodology Desired Skills • Responsible for the overall testing strategy across products and projects. • Establish the purpose and deliverables of the test effort with internal and external stakeholders across products and projects. • Lead a team sized of 3 QA • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for QA as per standards defined by the organization Technical Skills • Define SEPG process across multiple mission critical projects in telecom /IT domain • Good working knowledge of defect tracking systems like JIRA • Should be able to generate test scenarios and test cases from requirement Specifications for web based applications, preferably in J2EE • Define product, process and project metrics across multiple products and projects • Must have skill of Bigdata and docker, working Knowledge of Linux, SQL • Good working knowledge of manual and automation testing tools • Thorough knowledge of test case design for functional usability and performance testing • Experience Certification in Manual & automation testing • Experience in developing tools/scripts to aid in testing client/server and Web applications. • Experience in Team handling.
