The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media sales, client relationship management, and revenue strategies tailored to the TV and digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Ad revenue Growth & Sales Strategy Develop and execute ad sales strategies to maximize Drive direct sales and partnerships with brands and agencies, Identify and activate new advertisers and ad innovations Client & Agency Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and key advertisers. Negotiate deals and long-term partnerships to ensure a strong advertiser pipeline. Market Expansion & building sales narratives Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights, industry trends to optimize sales pitches. Expand presence in untapped sectors like SME and grow the advertiser base. Operational Excellence Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, analytics) for seamless execution of the campaigns booked Delivering servicing excellence to agencies and clients Key Requirements: 8 to 10 years of experience in media ad sales , preferably in TV (broadcast), CTV and digital platforms. Managed target of 10 Cr pa Strong network with advertisers, media agencies, and brand marketers . Experience in working with audience measurement metrics Ability to drive innovation in ad campaigns Preferred Experience: Prior experience in major broadcast networks or digital OTT platforms would be an added advantage. Understanding of west region ad markets, SME advertisers and connects with agencies Educational Qualification: Full time MBA from a Tier 1 B school.
